Shipping & Delivery
We use courier or delivery services to ship orders. New You Lab accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for any breakages or damages that occur once handed over to the courier in good faith.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and addressing any delivery-related issues.
It is the cistomers responsibility to track the order progress. New Ypu Lab can not give updates on courier whereabouts or arrival times at all. It is out of our hands.
Refund, Return & Cancellation
Products already delivered cannot be returned unfortunately.
